Shipping policy

If a package is returned to us, due to an incorrect/incomplete/undeliverable address, the buyer will have the option to have the package resent and pay an additional shipping fee, or receive a refund minus all shipping costs. We will not refund shipping costs under any circumstances when an order is sent back to us.

**Conscience Commodity LLC  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order ships, it is OUT OF OUR HANDS. Please contact your local post office immediately for all updates regarding your package.
